iHome lifespan?

Does anyone have experience with the iHome products? After storing my iH8R iHome for the past year, I took it out of the box and can’t get it to work. BOO! This was not supposed to happen. I replaced the batteries and made sure it was in a working outlet before starting to worry.  The lights on the buttons glow orange like they should but the clock screen wont display anything… Is there anything else I can do for it? I really don’t feel like shelling out another hundred dollars for a new one. And what’s the lifespan on one of these anyway? I’ve had it since 2007. Any insight you have would be appreciated.

SPAIN.

Yep.  That’s right. I’m going there. Tomorrow. Actually, I’m going to Paris tomorrow, crashing at Emily’s, and then flying out the next morning, but who cares.  I’ll be in sunny spain soon!!!

It’s midterm break so I’m going on a trip with my friend Alyse and we’re meeting up with our mutual friend Jessie in Sevilla and then we’re going to see my friend Martin in Barcelona :) I’m so excited!! As you can tell by the photo on the left, Alyse and I always have lots of fun together & I predict that the same will be true during the next week.

The scary thing though, is that I’ll be living out of a backpack for a WEEK!! I don’t know about you, but this is an intimidating prospect… I’m going to need lots of luck…and clean underwear. If anyone has tips on how to pack lightly, I would love to hear them. Feel free to post in the comment box below. I’ll tell you all about my adventures when I get back to Rennes, but in the meantime, don’t expect much- or anything- of me.

I promise I’ll take pictures- and more importantly that I’ll actually upload them after the trip.
