So I discovered something pretty much amazing. My panini maker makes awesome cookies. Check it:
Thursday night was “The Happening” to celebrate the opening of the “Warhol in Colorado” exhibit at the University of Denver’s Victoria Myhren Gallery. It was pretty much amazing. I volunteered in the coat check room for a few hours for a free ticket before joining the party afterwards. It was really fun, I got to get all dressed up and mingle with fabulous people! I didn’t take many photos and the lighting wasn’t great, but I did get a couple shots, so in the spirit of “a photo a day” I’ve uploaded a few. Et voila:
A shot from outside of the Cable Center, where The Happening took place.
Brillo boxes, reminiscent of Warhol’s own, served as tables for a candy bar. There was also a mac and cheese bar and tons of other cool food like tall shot glasses of tomato soup with mini grilled cheeses on top!
